For 2006, we invite you to join us at Sunflower Flats in Washington. We will be celebrating the 10 year anniversary of our first rendezvous at this site.
Mark your calendars for June 23, 2006 through July 1, 2006. The site has lots of grassy areas and plenty of trees to camp under and lots of fun for everyone. Don't panic as you travel from the town of Pomeroy to the site. The 2005 fire did a lot of damage to the area through which you must travel to get to the rendezvous site. However, all of our area was spared. So, don't get upset when you see black on both sides of the road. We are in the green area!!! This is a primitive rendezvous, so please dress accordingly and make sure your camp is traditional. There is not a lot of RV parking, but a sufficient amount for those who can't camp on the ground. There will be an excellent shooting program for those who want to participate as well as knife & hawk, archery, and so on. We have a great kids program planned including lots of crafts, activities, archery for kids, and fun games. Teens will have a lot to do including their own council area. The seminar choices are adding up fast and we will give you a great variety of new or extended ideas to pursue. We have a great crew with a lot of experience who want you to have a great time and lots of fun. Come join us in Washington in 2006! Your Booshways, Margaret Evanson and Marianne George. |
