The Pacific Primitive Rendezvous has built a reputation for having lots to do for everyone and this year will be no different. If you would like to help us out or put on a seminar, please write or call. Shooting will be with round ball and open iron sites; shotgun shooting will be done out of the pouch. This year there will be a colt Patterson match.
There is a great Traders Row area. Trade fees are in addition to the camp fees. All trade items are to conform to the pre 1840 era and the spirit of the event. Horse camp will be adjacent to the main camp with plenty of shade, feed and water. Due to quarantines on hay, certified hay, will be provided at the cost of $25.00 per animal. Over the past few years there have been an increased number of dogs and the problems associated with them. If you bring it, clean up after it, keep it quite and under control at all times. Dogs must be on a hand led leash, 10 to 12 foot max. This doesn't mean left at camp on a 15 foot leash all day. Your dog should be in your camp not guarding your neighbor's camp so he can't get home. Maybe your dog isn't a rendezvous dog.
There will be lots of horse camp games and an overnight ride to see the stars. Please do not bring stallions or wet mares. If you have any questions, plesae call. If you are bringing horses or mules, they need to be pre-registered.
